  1. 3 ripe bananas
  2. 150 GMs sugar
  3. 70 GMs curd
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 100 GMs olive oil
  6. 300 GMs wheat flour
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  10. 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  11. 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  12. 1 pinch salt
  13. As needed Cherries, white chocolaty chips, silver balls and bananas slices for garnish


  1. Firstly blend 3 chopped bananas and 3/4 cup sugar

  2. Furthermore add 1/4 cup curd, olive oil and vanilla extract.

  3. Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.

  4. Sieve all together making sure that there should be no lumps and mix well.

  5. Now add butterscotch chips and almonds.

  6. Transfer the batter into baking tray. Pat the tray twice to remove air incorporated into batter. Top with some almonds and butterscotch chips to look more attractive.

  7. Place the cake tray into preheated oven. Bake cake for 60 minutes at 180 c.

  8. Further allow cake to cool completely and later cut into slices and serve by garnish according to ur choice.

  9. Enjoy endlessly.
