Now this is really exciting… My son likes to eat naan but I gv him that with heavy heart because of maida… So invented this to make a healthy version of it… Nw he is happy so mein I..

Ingredient

  1. 250 gm wheat flour
  2. To taste Salt
  3. As needed pure ghee
  4. 1 tsp White sesame seeds
  5. As needed coriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

  1. Knead dough well like we do for chapati

  2. Rest it for 10 mins

  3. Take a round big ball.Roll it round. Apply pure ghee all over it and sprinkle salt

  4. Close it as we do for lachha paratha. Roll it again… Not too thick not to thin

  5. Apply little water.Garnish it with white sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Press it well

  6. Roast it like paratha on both sides by applying pure ghee till its crisp frm both sides

  7. Serve hot with chilled curd or raita
