Wheat flour poha pizza schezwan patties

Ingredients

1 cup poha
4-5 medium sized boiled potatoes
1/3 cup grated onion
1/3 cup grated capsicum
1/3 cup grated carrots
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp chilli flakes
3/4 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions
1.Take poha in a strainer, wash it well 2-3 times and let it stand for 5 minutes after washing and sieving.
2.Now take a bowl, mix all ingredients properly by making the use of hands so that all ingredients and spices get mixed well.
3.Now our mixture is ready. Take good quantity of mixture and by pressing in between the palms and fingers make a roll and slightly flatten to give shape of tikki.
4.Inorder to give shape of pizza patty, we have to make little bigger in size.
5.Now we will shallow fry it in pan by taking 2 tbsp oil.
6.Fry on low flame on both sides till golden brown.
7.Now there is a twist in my recipe as I have topped it again with schezwan sauce and sprinkled chopped veggies and grated cheese.
8.Cover the pan for 2 minutes till cheese melts completely.
9.Now our quick and easy snacks r ready to be served endlessly..
