Tomato Chilli Pulav

Ingredients :-

2 cup boil basmati rice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1/4 cup onion chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 tomato ( 3 tomatoes paste and 1 chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Green chilli chopped
To taste salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red Chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp sambhar masala
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp corrainder leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp boiled peas
1/4 cup all colour capsicum

Method :-

  1. Firstly heat a pan with oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste and sauthe for 30 sec.

  2. Now add onion and sauthe untill translucent. Now add tomato paste and mix well. Now add peas tomatoes, green chilli,capsicum and add half cup of water and cook untill the mixture gets thickened up.

  3. Now add all dry masala and tomato sauce. And mix well.

  4. Finally add the cooked rice to tha mixture. And mix well untill combined. Close the lid and cook for 2 min.

  5. Turn off the flame. Garnish with corrainder leaves, peas, and serve with curd.

1. U can add any veggies acc. To your taste

  1. It can be serve hot or cool.
