Tawa pulao


2 persons
1 cup pre boiled rice
2 medium size chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
as needed Mix veggies… Boiled peas, potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum,.
2 tbsps pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp butter
as required Green coriander for garnishing
2 tomatoes finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
to taste Salt
Take rice.. Boil it and strain all water.. Allow it to cool
Add 2 tbsp oil… Add onions
Fry till they are tranclucent… Add ginger garlic paste
Add chopped tomatoes….
Stir properly till they aur soft
Add all veggies… Mix it properly with onions and tomatoes..
Add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala
Stir to form a great masala for rice.
Add precooked rice… Toss it well with veggies..
Add lemon juice and butter..
Mix it well.. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.. Serve hot
