Zero oil subjis and curries.

Ingredients
1oo gm Lady finger
1 potato round sliceed
2 tomatoes chopped
1 onion
1 spoon Ginger paste
8 Garlic cloves
1-2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
1 cup Milets flour for dhokli
To taste Regular Masale(turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder)
to taste Salt
1 spoon Dry mango powder
Steps
Firstly lady fingers ko kt kar ke beach mein se kt lgayenge…
Then chopper mein onion, green chilli, jeera,garlic cloves coriander leaves dal kar Chope krenge..
Drdra hi rkhana hei..
Ab es mishran mein Masale or salt dal kar mix krenge or
Lady fingers ke andr brenge..
Chutney thodi bchegi esko milets flour ke andr dal kar, or tomato puri 2 spoon. Mix kar dough ready krenge or hath se round shape de denge..
Ab ek pan mein baki ki bchi huyi chutni dalenge add some water then add potato slice..
5 mints slow flame par bhunege..
Then add lady finger..
Dhake kar slow flame par cook krenge..
After 10 min. Ye dhokli b upar se rakh denge..or chopped tomato dal kar regular Masale, dry mango powder or salt add kar denge..
Dhokli bhap mein hi cook ho jati hei…
Thoda sa water or add krenge…
Dum par sijne ke liye rkhenge..
Jab sbjiya gl jaye to gas off kar denge…
Ready hei grma grm zero oil bharva Bindi.and dhokli…
