Sooji fingers and kurkure bites By Neetu Gupta December 19, 2018 | No Comments | Recipes Ingredients.. 1 cup sooji (semolina) 1/2 cup curd 1 cup water 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Salt as per taste 2 tbs corriander leaves Oil for frying Method.. In a bowl add sooji and curd..mix them properly and keep it aside for 15 mins. Then keep a pan upon flame and pour sooji mixture into that and add water,haldi powder,salt and corriander leaves..stir it continuously.. After some time mixture will turn into a dough shape..switch off the flame.. Then take a oil greased plate and spread this dough evenly.. Then make a cut into square shape.. For fingers make a cut into thin,long shape. After cool them completely..take them out in a plate. And after that deep fry them into medium hot oil.. Sooji fingers and kurkure bites are ready to serve.. Serve hot them with tomato ketchup and enjoy..
