Ingredients
1 full cup milk
10 badam soakd
8 kaju soakd
25 gm Sounf
Sugar as per taste
1 spoon Dalchini powder
3 spoon Elaichi powder
3 spoon Kharbuje ke beej Soaked
1/2 cup Khaskhas soaked
5-6 Rose patels dry
1 1/2 Kali mirchi Soaked
6 Pista soaked
Steps
Sab se pehle khaskhas, Kali mirchi, kaju, bada m pista, sounf, kharbuje ke beej en sbko thoda sa milk dal kar pisenge
Fr sugar rose patels, elaichi powder, dalchini powder dal kar 2 spoon milk or dal kar fr se grind krenge.
Ab milk thanda ho to pehle jar mein ice cube or ye Masala fr milk dal kar chunk krenge..fr cool serve krenge…upar se pista chio se garnish krenge..Thanku.
