Rice chilla

Ingredients
1 person
1 cup rice flour
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 grated carrot
1 finely chopped green chilli and coriander leaves
to taste Salt
1 tbsp curd
as needed Water
2 tbsp Oil
Steps
Take flour in mixing bowl. Add all veggies and onions and tomatoes
Also add green chillies and coriander leaves, Salt to taste
Add curd and water to make a batter of flowng consistency
Put a ladle full of batter on hot tawa. Roast it frm both sides evenly by adding little oil
Serve hot with green mint chutney and sauce
