This is very popular and healthy dish… Idle for 4 pm hunger and forkids tiffin

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup ava
  2. 250 gm curd
  3. as per required Water
  4. 1 sachet eno fruit salt
  5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. As needed Some curry leaves
  7. 2 Green chillies slit
  8. as required Red chilli and coriander for garnishing
  9. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. Mix rava and curd together… Keep aside for 10 mins

  2. Add water in mixture and make idli batter like consistency

  3. Add salt to taste and eno.. Mix it properly.. Keep aside again fo 10 mins

  4. Mix batter again with ladle and steam it like dhoklas

  5. Remove frm gas.. Let it be little cool and than cut it in diamond shaped pieces.. spread red chilli powder

  6. Heat little oil in pan.. Add mustard seeds, curry patta, green chillies.. Fry it properly

  7. Spread this tadka on dhoklas… Garnish it with coriander leaves…serve it with green chutney
