For nest….
Sewiya – 1 cup.
Ghee – 2 spoon.
Condensed milk – 2 table spoon.
Ellayachi powder – 1/2 spoon.
For Rasgulla….. Ing. doodh – 1/2 litre. Lemon juice – 1 table spoon. Suger – 1 cup. Kewra essence – 3-4 drops.
For decoration…..
Cherry – 4-5.
Mint leaves – for decoration. Method.
For Nest….
1. Ek pan me ghee garam kare.
2. Usme sewiya dal kar dhimi anch per golden brown hone tak bhun le.
3. Ab isme ellayachi powder or condensed milk milaye,
4. Grease kiye muffin mold me in Sewiya ko thoda dal kar fingers ki help se bowl ki shape de.
5. Ab inko freeze me 1/2 ghanta sat hone rakhe.
6. 1/2 hour baad inko demould kare.
For Rasgulla… 1. Doodh ko ublne rakhe, jab ubal aa jaye to lemon ka juice nikal kar dal de, doodh fat jayega. Fate doodh ko kapde se chan kar paneer alag kar le. 2. Is paneer ko thande pani se ache se dhoye, lemon juice ka khattapan nikal jayega. 3. Paneer sahit kapde ki potli bna kar latka de 15-20 min k liye, ise paneer ka sara pani nikal jayega. 4. Paneer ko ek thali me rakh kar ache se mess kare jisse vo ek dough jaisa ban jaye. 5. Suger me 3 cup pani dal kar ublne rakhe. 6. Paneer k chote chote gole bna le or chasni me dal kar pakaye. 7. 15-20 min tak ubalte rahe jab tak gole fool kar double na ho jaye.
8. Niche utar kar kewra essence milaye or freez me rakh kar rasgulla ko thanda kare.
Ab sewiya bowl le, usme rasgulle dale, mint leaves or cherry se decorate karke serve kare. Thanks.
