Punjabi dahi curry

Ingredients
2 persons
For curry:
1 cup sour curd
3 tbsps besan
1 sliced onion
2 finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric
as per taste Salt
6-7 Some curry leaves
1 tbsp jeera
2 whole red chilli
2 tbsp oil
as per need Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
For pakora:
1/2 cup besan
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Pinch baking soda
as required Some finely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chilli
as needed Oil for frying
Steps
Mix besan, salt, red chilli, coriander leaves, green chillies, baking soda… Mix well
Heat oil and fry small pakoras
For curry :mix curd with besan and make a lump free batter
Heat oil in pan.. Add onions and garlic… Saute it and add curd batter add water to get desired consistency
Add salt,turmeric, curry leaves
Once it get boil add pakoras and let it boil on medium low flame
Once pakoras become soft.. Make tadka…. Heat oil add jeera, whole red chilli
Put this tadka on curry..
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves…
Serve hot with steam rice
