Pomfret Tawa Fry


2 persons
2 whole pomfrets
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli
1 tbsp each garam masala, kitchen king masala, coriander powder
1 lemon
as per taste Salt
as required Oil for shallow frying
as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
Clean and wash whole pomfrets
Apply lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, Salt all over it properly…
Keep aside for 10 mins
Mix all dry masalas and marinate properly with fish
Cover it andKeep it in fridge for 10 mins…
Shallow fry it one by one till itd crisp from both sides
Finely garnish it with coriander leaves… Serve hot with salad
