Peri Peri Gobhi Paratha


2 persons
1 bunch cauliflower..very finely chopped
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Peri Peri masalas
1 teaspoon jeera
1teasooon red chilli powder, garam masala
as required Oil
to taste Salt
as required Green coriander leaves for garnish
Take a pan..add very little oil…put some jeera..once it is fried add finely chopped Gobhi
Now add all dry masalas…mix well and keep it on low flame for 5,mins
Once it is cooked add Peri Peri masalas and green coriander leaves
Allow it to cool
Knead wheat flour as we do for Chapati
Cover it and keep it for 10 mins
Roll out 1, portion of chaptti…stuff it with Gobhi ka masala..roll out in triangle shape
Roast it on medium flame till its crisp…
Sprinkle some Peri Peri masala on hot parathas
Serve it with Raita
