Paneer tikka masala


4 persons
250 gms paneer
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp kitchen king masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard oil
As per taste Salt
2 onions roughly chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes roughly chopped
1 tbsp jeera
2 tbsp kaju paste
Some whole garam masala
1 cup cream
As required Dry masalas
1 tbsp kasuri methi
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
For marination :
Take hung curd. Add ginger-garlic paste, add all dry masalas.
Add mustard oil…cut paneer into cubes and marinate it in prepared marination.
Keep aside for at least 10 mins. Take a pan add butter and roast marinated paneer pieces properly
For gravy take oil in a pan. Add onions.Saute it. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it properly. Now add tomatoes
Saute it till tomatoes become mushy. Allow it to cool. Once cool. Grind it in a fine paste
Take oil in a pan.Add whole garam add grind masala fry it well.
Once done. Add dry masalas. Kaju paste. Mix it well. Add paneer pieces now add half cream. Mix well until it leaves oil.
Add little water to adjust consistency and also add Kasuri methi.
Cover it for 5 mins on low heat.
Switch off the flame and add cream and green coriander leaves for garnishing.
