Paneer mushrooms tawa fry with wheat naan




This is my feast types of dinner. I often make for small celebrations. It’s also healthy for kids


  1. For Paneer mushrooms :
  2. 200 gms paneer
  3. 200 gms mushrooms
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 200 gms curd
  6. 1 tablespoon kitchen king masala
  7. 1 tablespoon red chilli
  8. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  9. 2 tablespoons ginger garlic green chillies paste
  10. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  11. to taste Salt
  12. For wheat naan:
  13. 2 cups wheat flour
  14. Half cup milk
  15. As required Water required to knead flour
  16. 2 tablespoons pure ghee
  17. 2 tablespoons butter
  18. Some white sesame seeds
  19. as required Finely chopped green coriander leaves


  1. Cut paneer into big cubes, clean mushrooms as well, cut capsicum into dices

  2. Prepare marinate by adding curd, all masalas, Ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, salt

  3. Coat paneer, mushroom and capsicum in this marinate.. Keep aside for 30 mins

  4. Add little oil to a pan or griller. Put paneer, mushrooms, capsicum along with marinating. Pan fry it on medium to high flame

  5. Once the water evaporates. Paneer mushrooms are completely dry in masalas glaze it with one tablespoon butter. Serve hot with wheat naan

  6. Wheat naan: knead flour as we do it for chapatti but add milk while kneading

  7. Make Roti the same just like we do for lachha paratha. Apply some white sesame seeds and coriander leaves

  8. Roast it on tawa apply pure ghee on both sides… Remove it as it turns golden crisp.. Cut it in desired shapes..

  9. Your feast is ready.Serve it with salad
