Paneer mushroom 65


2 persons
250 gms paneer
200 gms mushrooms
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp maida/All-purpose Flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
as needed Oil for frying
1 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tsp curry leaves
2 green chillies slits
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp corn flour slurry
Cut paneer in desired shapes
Clean mushrooms and boil itin aur for 10 mins
For marination :take 2 tsps corn flour, 2 tbsp maida 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli, 1 tbsp schewan sauce
Coat all paneer and mushrooms in this marination and keep it in fridge for 30 mins
After 30 mins fry marinated paneer and mushrooms in oil
In another pan add little oil heat it put mustard seeds once crackled add curry leaves green chillies add schewan sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and water
Now add paneer mushrooms pieces, once boiled add corn flour slurry
Garnish it with green coriander leaves.
