Paneer momos

Momos are recently getting loved by kids… Their aur many variants in stuffing.. It can be chicken,veggies,paneer etc.. This is my personal favorite

Ingredients

  1. For stuffing :
  2. 200 gms grated paneer
  3. 100 gms cabbage finely shredded
  4. 1 small carrot finely chopped
  5. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  10. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. For covering :
  13. 1 bowl maida
  14. to taste Salt
  15. as required Water for kneading dough

Steps

  1. Take maida add salt. Mix well. Add water and make a soft dough.

  2. Keep aside for 20 mins.

  3. Add oil to a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste.. Add cabbage, capsicum, carrots. Toss it well

  4. Add grated paneer. Add all sauces. Mix well

  5. Stuffing is ready. Allow it to cool

  6. Divide dough into equal size balls. Take 1 ball roll it in a thin small chapatti

  7. Stuff it with paneer stuffing. Make pleats and bring it all together. Jus shown in picture

  8. You can give any momo shape you want.

  9. Heat idli or any other steamer.. Steam momos for 10 to 12 mins. Till they aur in glassy look.

  10. Serve hot with hot red tomato chilli chutney or sauce.
