A very delicious healthy kheer to enjoy in monsoon..


  1. 500 ml full fat milk
  2. 1 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  3. 1/4 cup roughly chopped nuts
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Pinch saffron strands
  7. 1/2 tsp rose essence


  1. In a hot bottom pan heat milk. Bring it to a boil and keep stirring in between so that milk does not stick to the bottom of the pan and gets burnt.

  2. Add roughly chopped nuts of ur choice and few saffron strands.

  3. Bring the milk to a boil and simmer the milk till it thickens and add sugar, stir and add cardamom powder.

  4. Now add crumbled paneer and mix everything well.

  5. Simmer on a low flame till paneer gets cooked.

  6. Switch off flame and add rose essence.

  7. Serve it chilled.
