  1. For gramflour paste
  2. 1 tbsp butter
  3. 1/4 cup gram flour
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 3/4 cup water
  7. For paneer Bhurjee
  8. 1 tbsp butter
  9. 1/2medium sized finally chopped onion
  10. 1 green chilli chopped
  11. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 2 roughly sliced tomatoes
  13. 1/2 cup water
  14. 2 tsp coriander powder
  15. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  16. to taste Salt
  17. 250 gms grated paneer
  18. 2 tbsp green peas
  19. 1/2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  20. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  21. 1 tbsp grated cheese
  22. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  23. 1 tsp sugar
  24. 1 tbsp fresh cream


  1. Heat pan and melt butter. Add gram flour and sauté well.

  2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water and mix well. sauté until the rawness of flour and spices is gone. rest it aside.

  3. Melt butter in a pan and add onion. sauté well and add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Mix well.

  4. Add sliced tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix everything well and add little water.

  5. Cook everything well together and then add green peas.

  6. Mash everything with laddle until it gets a pasty texture.

  7. Add gramflour paste and dry fenugreek leaves and mix well.

  8. Add grated paneer, combine well and add finally chopped coriander.

  9. Add grated cheese, lemon juice, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.

  10. Enjoy endlessly with chapatti, naan, parantha…
