Paneer baby corn tandoori fry


4 persons
250 gms paneer
200 gms baby corn
100 gms hung curd
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard oil
to taste Salt
Cut paneer into medium size pieces
Slit baby corns into two
Take curd in bowl.. Add all masalas… Mustard oil… Salt.. Mix well the marination
Add paneer and baby corn in marination… Coat well…keep aside for 30 mins..
Take 2 tbsp oil in pan… Add marinated paneer and baby corn… Fry till its golden brown…
Serve hot with mint chutney..
