Onion uttapam

It’s my all time favorite… I make it in different variations by using veggies, cheese ,szechwan,etc…

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Idli dosa batter
  2. 1 Sliced onion, green chillies, grated beetroot,
  3. As needed Finely chopped green coriander, grated carrot

Steps

  1. Spread a ladle full of dosa batter on a medium hot tawa…

  2. Try to keep it thick enough, spread evenly all veggies along with green chillies and coriander leaves

  3. Spread a spoon ful of oil on all sides.. Roast it till crisp frm one side… Turn it on veggies side again put a soon full of oil evenly and roast until it’s turn crisp frm both sides

  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney
