A very quick and easy recipe and is a rich source of dietary fibres and proteins..


4 Servings

  1. 20-30 blanched spinach
  2. 1 cup rolled oats
  3. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  4. 6 bread slices
  5. 2 medium boiled potatoes
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  8. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 2 tbsp oil
  11. Few cabbage
  12. 6 cherry tomatoes
  13. As required Tomato ketchup
  14. 2-3 cheese slices


  1. Chop spinach in a chopper and put it in a bowl.

  2. Break 3 bread slices and crumble in chopper.

  3. Grate the potatoes into bowl with spinach and mix it.

  4. Add rolled oats and paneer and mix everything well.

  5. Add salt, chaat masala, amchoor powder, cumin powder and bread crumbs and mix.

  6. Heat oil in a non stick pan, shape the mixture into small tikkis.

  7. Place the cutter over 3 bread slices and cut small rounds.

  8. Place the tikki on one side of pan and shallow fry, on the other side of pan place the bread roundels and toast.

  9. Cut cabbage leaves into small square, halve cherry tomatoes.

  10. Switch off the heat from under the pan. Line up the bread roundels on table top. place a drop of tomato ketchup on each and top with piece of cabbage.

  11. Place tikki over cabbage square.

  12. Cut cheese into small square and place it on each Tikki.

  13. Place a tomato piece on top and pierce a toothpick through all layers.

  14. Arrange tikki on serving plate and serve by garnish with mint leaves and sauce..

  15. Enjoy..
