Nawabi Chicken (Zero oil cooking)

Ingredients
3 persons
500 gms chicken
2 onions
8-9 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
8-9 each cashews and almonds
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 green elachi and black elachi
leaves Some cloves,cinnamom,bay
1 tbsp garam masala
2 green chillies
1 cup curd
1 tbsp kasuri methi
as needed Coriander leaves for garnish
Steps
In a pan boil 2 cups water…add roughly chopped onion..garlic, green chillies,ginger..
Cook th em on medium flame for 7 to 8 mins
Let them cool completely…grind a smooth paste of it
Take another pan..add onion paste… saute it for few minutes…NW add chicken
Cover it and cook for 10 to 15 mins..
Soak poppy seeds,cashews,almonds in hot water for 30 mins
Remove almond skin…make a paste of all three
After 15 mins add almond cashews paste in chicken.saute again on medium flame
Once done add curd,cream,garam masala… keep it again for 10 mins or until chicken is soft…
Finely add kasuri methi..and green coriander…gravy should be thick and creamy…
Serve hot with garlic naan
