Ingredients

  1. 15 nachos
  2. 1/4 cup sweet corn boiled
  3. 1/4 cup Red bell peppers chopped
  4. 1/4 cup green capsicum chopped
  5. 1/4 cup onions chopped
  6. 1/4 cup carrots chopped
  7. 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
  8. 1 tbsp paneer cubes
  9. 1/2 bowl crumbled nachos
  10. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  11. 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  12. 1 tbsp oregano
  13. 1 tbsp chilli flakes

Steps

  1. Chop all the ingredients well into small cubes.

  2. Chill them for a while in fridge.

  3. Mix all ingredients well.

  4. Now add chilled mayonnaise in it.

  5. Mix it well and add manually crumbled nachos.

  6. Now sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.

  7. Enjoy endlessly. No tension when guests arrive suddenly.. enjoy this evening snacks as it’s ready very shortly.
