Rasoikaswaad By Hitesh Pandey


  1. 2 cups soaked moong dal (soaked for 4 hours)
  2. 1 cup sweet corn
  3. 1 tbsp green chilli ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cup rice flour
  5. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  6. 1 medium sized onion
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 cup finally chopped coriander
  10. 3-4 tsp oil
  11. 1/2 cup water


  1. To make batter:

  2. In a mixer, grind soaked moong dal and water. Then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chilli, onion and sweet corn and grind everything well.

  3. After grinding add coriander, rice flour and salt to taste and mix well.

4. To make dosa now we heat the pan or non stick tawa for few seconds and spread a spoonful of                batter in circular motion.


  1. Apply little oil on dosa and allow it to cook. Serve the dosa with chutney of ur choice.
