This is my personal fav..my mom’s recipe …I jus love it especially in winter season…

Ingredients

  1. 1 finely grated raddish
  2. as required Chilli powder
  3. As needed coriander leaves
  4. as needed Some jeera
  5. as required Chaat masala
  6. 1 finely chopped green chilli
  7. 1 cup wheat flour
  8. as needed Water
  9. as required Oil
  10. as per taste Salt

Steps

  1. Knead the wheat flour by adding some salt

  2. Grate raddish…add salt and keep it aside for some time

  3. After some time raddish will start leaving water due to salt

  4. Squeeze all water properly

  5. Add chaat masala,red chilli powder,jeera, green chilli, and coriander leaves finely chopped

  6. Stuff this mixture in a ball off keaded flour

  7. Flatten it like Chapati

  8. Put it on hot tawa…fry on both sides by adding oil till its crisp

  9. Serve hot with cold curd
