Presenting before u all a very Yummylicious and nutrition rich healthy recipe for kids .. kids love it much and can be given in lunch box too.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 bowl milk
  2. 3/4 bowl semolina roasted
  3. 1/2 bowl crumbled paneer
  4. 1/2 bowl mix veggies like Tri colour capsicum,grated carrots and sweet corn
  5. 10 cloves garlic crushed
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. As needed Semolina for wrapping
  10. 2 tbsp oil for frying

Steps

  1. Firstly take milk in a pan. Allow it to boil.

  2. As it starts boiling add crushed garlic cloves. Now keep on stirring in milk for 1-2 minutes till raw taste of garlic dissolve and beautiful aroma spreads.

  3. Now add salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes and mix it well in boiling milk.

  4. Now add all veggies and let it cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.

  5. Now add paneer. Soon the batter becomes thickened. Mix it well.

  6. Now finally add roasted semolina and it becomes thickened like a dough.

  7. Now spread this batter on a foil paper and let it cool for a while and then cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter.

  8. Now wrap this different shaped bites in a foil paper and freeze it for 1 1/2 hour.

  9. Now take it out and wrap in semolina and fry in oil till golden brown.

  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise dip.
