A very Yummylicious and innovative nutritious recipe to enjoy in evening..


  1. 1 1/2 bowl milk
  2. 3/4 bowl semolina
  3. 1/2 bowl crumbled paneer
  4. 12 garlic cloves
  5. 2 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  9. As required Semolina to wrap
  10. As required Oil for frying
  11. As required Different desired snack shapes


  1. Firstly take milk in a pan. Allow it to boil.

  2. As it starts boiling add garlic cloves and chopped green chilli.

  3. Allow it to boil in a milk for sometime by continuously stirring.

  4. Now add salt and black pepper powder.

  5. Mix it well. Then add crumbled paneer. Batter starts thickening.

  6. Finally add semolina and mix it well. Batter becomes thickened like a dough.

  7. Now take it out on a foil paper, cool a bit and then cut desired shapes.

  8. Freeze it for 2 hours in a freezer by properly wrapping in a foil paper.

  9. Take it out from freezer and fry in oil till golden brown.

  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise dip.

  11. Enjoy endlessly…
