Rasoikaswaad By Hitesh Pandey

Presenting something very interesting, healthy and delicious snacks to enjoy this winter..

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 cup semolina
  4. 1/2 cup dry roast oats
  5. 2 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  8. to taste Salt according
  9. as required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. Sieve semolina in a bowl.

  2. Add fenugreek leaves, oats, salt, pepper, curd, semolina, green chilli and chaat masala in it. Mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions.

  4. Roll the mixture into cylindrical shape and attach an ice cream stick at bottom.

  5. Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

  6. Drain it on absorbent paper.

  7. Wrap the foil paper at ice cream sticks.

  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
