Masala suji idli

Ingredients
2 persons
1 cup suji
1 cup curd
1 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 green chilli finely chopped
As needed Some finely chopped green coriander
1 tbsp white til
1 sachet eno
leaves Some curry
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Steps
Mix together suji and curd… Keep it aside for 10 mins
After 10 mins add water and make batter like consistency
Add salt and eno… Mix well
Steam it like idlis and allow it to cool
Once cool.. Cut it in cubes
In a pan.. Take oil..heat it.. Add mustard seeds allow it to crackle..
Add curry leaves and finely chopped green chilli
Once fried add all dry masala put water immediately or else masalas will burn
Add salt and idlis.. Toss it properly in mixture… Finally add coriander leaves and white sesame seeds for garnishing
Serve hot with mint or coconut chutney
