Masala Oats


1 person
100 gms oats
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 cup boiled peas
1 finely chopped carrot
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 finely chopped green chilli (optional)
to taste Salt
2 tsp Green coriander finely chopped for garnishing
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Take pan. Add oil.. Put onion
Stir well. Add all veggies and salt. Fry till they become soft
Now add green chillies. All masalas.
Mix well.Add oats and gv it a nice mix.
Add water and cook it on medium flame till it becomes soft.
Serve hot and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
