Rasoikaswaad By Hitesh Pandey

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups curd
  2. 2 cup mango pulp
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 cup ice cubes
  7. Some mango pieces and cherries for garnish

Steps

  1. Take 1 mango. Beat it in a blender to make a pulp.

  2. Now add curd with sugar sugar in this mango pulp and again blend it.

    3.  Now add sugar, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and ice cubes and make a perfect blend so that all ingredients r mixed well to get a refreshing mango lassi.

      4. Garnish with some mango pieces and cherries.

      5. Enjoy endlessly
