Khatta dhokla

1 Cup urad dal
3 cup rice
2 tbsp ginger green chillies paste
as per taste Salt
1 cup curd
As needed Eno fruit salt
1 tbsp mustard seeds
as required Curry leaves
2 green chillies slits
2 tbsp oil
Soak dal and rice for 4 hrs
After 4 hrs.. Grind it into fine paste and keep aside for 6 to 8 hrs… Till it ferments
Once fermented add curd, salt, ginger green chillies paste… Mix well
Now add eno… Mix it gradually
Now grease dhokla plate or any thali.. And steam it for 15 to 20 mins…
Cool it and cut it into desired shape
For tadka:
Heat oil.. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies
Put tadka on dhoklas.. Serve it with green chutney
