Ingredients
3 persons
1 cup besan
3 cups buttermilk
1 inch ginger
2 green chillies
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch hing
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
as per taste Salt
Steps
Make a lump free Mixture of buttermilk and besan. Whisk it well
Now add salt, lemon juice, ginger chilli paste,turmeric
In a thick bottom pan, cook this mixture stirring continuously,till it becomes a smooth batter.
Grease back side of thali and spread this mixture evenly on it.Do it quick till the mixture is hot
Once it cools, cut into strips and roll these strips properly. make sure it doesn’t get tear
Heat oil in tadka pan add mustard seeds. Once crackled remove and put it on all the strips.
Garnish it with chopped coriander and grated coconut
Take a thick bottom pan
