Karari bhel is all time favourite evening snack.. Its good to eat and healthy also.. I generally prefer it for small hunger

Ingredients

  1. 100 gms puffed rice
  2. 8-10 flat crisp puris
  3. 1 finely chopped onion
  4. 1 finely chopped tomato
  5. 1 finely chopped green chilli
  6. handful nylon sev
  7. 2 tbsp pudina/mint chutney
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. to taste Black salt
  10. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  11. 2 tbsp fried peanuts
  12. 2 tsp Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. Roast puffed rice in a pan addind turmeric and salt until they aur crisp

  2. Remove it in large mixing bowl… Let it cool completely

  3. Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, peanuts…

  4. Mix well, now add pudina chutney and mix again

  5. Finally add 2 to 3 puris (crush them with hand)

  6. Add chaat masala and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, nylon sev and whole puris

  7. Enjoy it immediately
