Fried Rice

Typical Chinese dish but very frequently made in many families…it is perfect dish for using leftover rice….my personal favourite with all veggies

Ingredients
2 persons
2 cups leftover or precooked rice
2 cup mixed vegetables finely chopped:
Cabbage, capsicum, carrot,beans, brocoli or cauliflower,onion
Oil for cooking
2 tbsp ginger garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp mixed sauces:red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup, Soya sauce
1 tbsp schewan sauce
Some spring onions greens for garnishing
Steps
Take a wok or flat pan…put oil…add Ginger garlic finely chopped
Once cooked add all 2cups veggies..
Saute them but don’t overcook as they will lose their crunch
Once they r dried…add all sauces…and rice and
Toss it nicely till everything gets mix
Cover it and keep it on low flame for 5 mins
Serve hot by garnishing it with spring onions greens
