👉 For Dumplings ::
250 gram refiend flour
1 tsp salt
Water
👉 For Stuffing ::
500 gram cabbage
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 green chiili
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
👉 For Frying
250 ml oil
👉 Process ::
🥟 Firstly mix flour and salt in a kneading plate and make a soft dough. Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside.
🥟 Add 1tbsp oil in a pan and saute the onion.
🥟 Add 1 more tbsp oil and roast the tomatoes and chopped chillis.
🥟 Noe mix grated cabbage, onion, salt and tomatoes.
🥟 Cook for 15 minutes. Stuffing is ready.
🥟 Take a small ball and roll out.
🥟 Place one spoon stuffing on it and seal from sides.
🥟 Place in steamer and cook for 15 minutes.
🥟Take them out and place in a plate.
🥟 Now drop them in hot oil.
🥟 Fry untill it golden brown.
🥟 Serve hot with chilli sauce.
