1 medium size lauki
1 onion chopped
1/2 bowl Tomato puri
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Grm Masala
All regular Masale
to taste Salt
2 spoon Gram flour
1 tsp Bhuna pisa Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Sabut dhaniya
Green coriander
1 tsp Pudina leaves sukhi
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi

Thoda sa water or add krenge…Salt to taste dal kar mix krenge…
10 min. Baad gas off kar denge…
Grma grm ready hei lauki kofta…
