This is sindhi snack…sandwich is topped with blended moong dal… Served with salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup moong dal
  2. 2 bread slices
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 1 small onion finely chopped
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 tomato finely chopped
  7. 2 tsp Finely chopped Green coriander
  8. 1 tsp Chaat masala
  9. 1 sliced tomato
  10. 1 cucumber slices
  11. As needed Mint chutney
  12. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. Soak moong dal for 2 hrs… Wash and boil until soft

  2. Blend dal.. Add salt

  3. Mashed potatoes… Add onion,green chill, coriander leaves, chaat masala, salt

  4. Keep this potato mixture in between 2 slice breads and toast On hot tawa

  5. Cut this sandwich in 4 pieces.. Spread blended dal on it

  6. Spread green mint chutney..sliced onion

  7. Serve with salad
