Ingredients
1 bunch spinach wash and choopped
1 onion
1/2 tsp Garlic ginger chopped
5-6 tomatoes chopped
1 bowl Chane ki dal soak ki huyi
1 Green chilli chopped
2 Tej pata
Gram Masala
To taste Regular Masale.
Steps
Ek bde pan mein oil dalenge jeera or tej pta add krenge
Chopped onion Brown hone tak cook krenge fr haldi powder or red chilli powder dalenge
Fr finely chopped spinach dalenge..
Water sukhne tak cook krenge than dal tomato ginger green chilli sare Masale salt to taste dal kar, slow flame par cook krne ke liye rkhenge…jab dal gl jaye tb
Ache se mash krenge…
Or upar se grm Masala dal kar serve krenge…
Ap chahe to ese cooker mein b bana skti hei…usme taste km at a hei…
Last garlic ke chote tukde kar ke uska bhar lgwayenge or imidetly dhakn lagadenge thaki khushbu andr hi rahein..Thanku…
