Creamy Palak Paneer- Priyanka Singh

๐Ÿ‘‰2 bundle fresh spinach
๐Ÿ‘‰500 gms paneer cubes
๐Ÿ‘‰1 full clove fine chopped garlic
๐Ÿ‘‰1 large fine chopped onion
๐Ÿ‘‰1 inch crushed ginger
๐Ÿ‘‰4 slit cut green chillies
๐Ÿ‘‰1/2 spoon garam masala powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 spoon jeera dana
๐Ÿ‘‰1/2 bowl fresh milk cream
๐Ÿ‘‰5-6 cashews
๐Ÿ‘‰Salt as per taste
๐Ÿ‘‰Oil as required
๐Ÿ‘‰1 spoon dry kasuri leaves


๐Ÿ‘‰Rinse the palak for 4-5 times and drain to a colander, then boil palak for 5 minutes in an open pan with a pinch of salt( boiling palak in an open pan help in keeping the colour of palak intact)
๐Ÿ‘‰Let it to be cool down,and after that blend it with 5-6 cashews in a grinder to make smooth paste/puree.
๐Ÿ‘‰Here we have chopped onion garlic ginger chillies. Now you have to heat oil in a deep bottomed pan or wok and add jeera…after that add chopped garlic saute it for 2 minutes, then add crushed ginger and saute it for 1-2 minutes.

๐Ÿ‘‰Now add chopped onion, add a pinch of salt(as salt help onion to get pink quickly nd make it soft too). After that add dry kasuri leaves and garam masala powder. Fry it well for 4 minutes.

๐Ÿ‘‰Now add slit cut green chillies and milk cream saute it for 2 minutes then add palak puree and fry it for 15 minutes in medium flame

๐Ÿ‘‰Now add a salt little bit, paneer cubes and fry it for 5 minutes.

Creamy Palak paneer is ready to serve with palak puri or chapati. The choice is yours.
