Corn tikki

It’s my favorite dish.. Easy and quick starter..

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Sweet corns
  2. 1 boil potato
  3. 2 tablespoon corn flour
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tsp green chilli
  8. as needed oil

Steps

  1. Steam corns for 7 to 8 mins..blend it in mixer… Keep it coarse

  2. In a mixing bowl add blended corns, 1 boiled and grated potato, cumin seeds, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves finely chopped, 2 tablespoon cornflour, mix the ingredients properly.

  3. Make tikkis out of the mixture and put half cut cashewnut on it

  4. Keep aside for 10 mins… Heat oil in pan.. Fry these tikkis on medium hot oil til golden colour..

  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and sauce
