  1. 1 cup fresh corn
  2. 2 potatoes boiled and grated
  3. 1 onion finally chopped
  4. 2-3 green chilli chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. 2-3 tbsp roasted besan
  7. 1 lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp ginger garlic chopped
  9. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs with sesame seeds
  10. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. Mix potatoes and corn kernels together and grind well.

  2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala, salt and pepper.

  3. Also add roasted besan and lemon juice and mix well.

  4. Shape into kebabs. Wet kebabs with milk and coat with dry crumbs with sesame seeds.

  5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry kebabs in oil till golden brown on both sides. sprinkle some chaat masala on hot kebabs. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mayo dip.
