2 cup fresh coconut
1 tablespoon ghee
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon chopped pista
3 drops rose emulsion
2 tablespoon decicated coconut
Remove the skin of fresh coconut and chop it and make paste in mixture
In a pn add coconut paste and ghee and roast it 2 min.Then add sugar and cook on low flame till sugar water absorbed then add milk powder and mix well till lumpy and off the flame.
Then make two equal parts of them and add rose emulsion in one part
Make balls from both daugh,then make puries by pressing with hand and stuff white ball in it and role it in decicated coconut and sil it then garnish with chopped pista and serve it.
