Chole kulcha


2 persons
For chole:
1 cup chole soaked overnight
2 fried onions paste
2 tomatoes puree
as required Whole garam masala.. Dalchini, laung, pepper, green elachi,
1 teaspoon each of red chilli, garam masala, kitchen king masala
1 tablespoon ginger garlic green chillies paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cream
as per taste Salt
For kulcha:
1 cup maida
to taste Salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tbsp curd
As required Oil for kneading
1 tbsp butter
For chole :
Take oil in pan.. Add khada garam masala.. Now add onion paste and ginger garlic green chillies paste and saute.. Add tomato puree
Add all dry masalas.. Fry it till the gravy leaves oil
Boil soaked chole till it turns soft
Add only chole in gravy and saute it… Once it leaves oil.. Add cream… Now add same water in which you hv boiled chole
Adjust water consistency as per your need.. Cover it and cook it for 10 mins on low flame
Serve it hot with green coriander leaves for garnishing
For kulcha:
Take maida.. Put salt, baking powder and curd.. Knead soft dough
Keep aside for 30 mins
After 30 mins knead the dough again by applying oil…
Take a small ball.. Roll it like chapatti.. Apply black sesame seeds and coriander leaves
Roast it half on tawa and half directly on gas… Apply butter once it nice golden and crisp
Serve hot with chole
