Ingredients

  1. 250 gm boneless chicken strips
  2. 2 teaspoon corn flour
  3. 2 teaspoon maida
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. as per taste Red chilli sauce
  6. As needed Vinegar
  7. as required Soya sauce
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 capsicum cut into long strips
  10. as required White sesame seeds for garnishing
  11. as needed Some garlic, green chillies finely chopped
  12. as per need oil for frying
  13. as required Spring onion greens

Steps

  1. Wash chicken, marinate it with salt and lemon, keep aside for 15 mins

  2. Prepare another marination by mixing corn flour,maida,ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli sauce. Coat chicken strips properly in this mixture.. Keep aside for aleast 30 mins in fridge

  3. Take out the mixture, and fry it in medium hot oil till turns crisp, fry in small batches

  4. In another pan, add little oil, fry finely chopped garlic and green chillies, add soya sauce, red chilli sauce,vinegar, capsicum and fried chicken pieces stir and coat properly in sauce..finely garnish with Sesame seeds and spring onion greens..
