Cheese garlic tomato rice

Ingredients
2 persons
2 cups leftover rice
1 cup tomato puree
1 finely chopped tomato
1 green chilli slit
as required Few finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Pinch turmeric
as per taste Salt
as required Some curry leaves
1 teaspoon jeera
1 teaspoon garam masala
as per need Finely chopped green coriander
1 cheese cube
1 teaspoon oil
Steps
Heat oil in pan.. Add jeera, slit green chilli, curry leaves,garlic and saute
Add tomato puree.. Also all dry masala, salt, finely chopped tomato…
Saute till masala leaves oil
Now add rice and toss it well in masala…
Once done add finely chopped coriander for garnishing
Grate one cheese cube on it before serving.
