Cheese egg bhurji with masala pav

Ingredients
1. person
2 eggs
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green chilli
1 tbsp red chilli
Half tbsp turmeric and garam masala
as per taste Salt
As needed Coriander leaves for garnish
1 cheese cube
2 tbsp oil
For pav:
2 pavs
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
as required Green coriander leaves for garnish
Steps
Take oil in pan..add onions saute welll. Now add tomatoes and all dry masalas
Saute until tomatoes are soft and mushy. Now add eggs… Mix well on medium flame
Saute until eggs started leaving oil
Serve hot with grated cheese and green coriander leaves for garnish
For pav
Add butter on hot tawa..put some red chili powder and green coriander leaves.. now toast pav in this masala well
Serve hot with egg bhurji
