Chana Dal & Spinach Vada By Neetu Gupta‎

Ingredients..
1 cup chana dal
1 and half cup chopped spinach
2 green chillies
1 tbs corn flour
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Method…
Wash and soak one cup chana dal for at least 2 hours in enough water…
After that wash them and rinse the water completely..
Then put them in mixer jar by adding some salt,and green chillies..if require u can add 1 tbs water..otherwise no need to add..
And make a coursly paste..
Then take them out in a bowl and add one cup chopped spinach in that..
If the mixture looks more soft or wet u can add 1 tbs of corn flour..
Now mix everything together and with ur greased palm make vada/cutlets or any shape u like it..
After that deep fry them in medium hot oil..
Enjoy these crispy,healthy and yummy vadas with a cup of tea or coffee
